Shipping time depends on the product.

Free shipping on all orders $89+ worldwide! 

For all orders under $89, the shipping fee is $5.99.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, EMS, FedEx, HK Post, and UPS. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country.

Shipping Exclusions:

Please note P.O. boxes address is available (excluding APO/FPO/DPO address). Please enter a residential or business address at checkout.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you’ll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven’t received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@parts4star.com.

Taxes

Customers do not need to pay import duties, customs fees, or VAT (Value Added Tax) in most cases.

For certain regions, especially in Europe (such as Germany, Italy, and the UK) and Canada, we prepay applicable duties and taxes whenever required to ensure smooth delivery.

In the rare event that additional customs charges are requested upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

All product prices on our website already include applicable sales tax where required by law.

Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

In most cases, we cover import duties and taxes on behalf of our customers.

However, customs policies vary by country. If any unexpected duties or taxes are charged by local customs, please contact us first — we will assist in handling or reimbursing the charges accordingly.

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.

What to do if there is a delay?
